Ordering
To place an order, a non-refundable deposit of NZD 2,000 is first required to place it on my order list. At the time of starting the construction of the guitar, it's necessary the 50% of the balance. The final balance of payment is due upon completion of the instrument and this is ready for shipping.
Customization
Customization is available on all models,I can offer a flexible range of specific options, different types of material choices and custom features.
Shipping
After the full payment, the instrument will be ready for shipping. All shipping and handling costs are not included in the guitar price
Warranty
All of my instruments have a lifetime warranty to their original owner. This warranty does not cover any damage due to extremes in humidity or temperature, alterations or modifications, accidents or improper handling and misuse, and normal wear and tear.
